1. Place the strap around container as shown, take the tensioner in your hand and depress the tension lever, place the strap under the gripper and the bottom section of cutter housing, the end of strap should protrude 2" beyond the tool, release the tension lever.

2. Slide the top strap into the cutter slot and windlass slot.

3. Hold the tool with your left hand and move the handle back and forth with your right hand, until the strap is tensioned.

4. When proper tension is reached, place the seal open side down over both straps in front of the tool.

5. Open the sealer fully open position, place the sealer on the top of the seal, press the handle together to fully crimp the seal, remove the sealer.

6. Depress the tension lever to cut the strap, with the tension lever depress pivot the tool to the right, and remove from the completed strap.
